Your time to shine. Early bird, or night owl?
I have a very lomnt story of relationsh­ip with my early wake ups. In my childhood I lived so far from school that I nedeed to plan my wake up very carefully, because if I would asleep I would late in my school very much.
So, before finishing the school I opened my eyes after the first ring of the clock and I don’t remember a huge problems with it.
After my admission to the university I moved in the other city and get the dorm. I lived near my university and my way took about 10 minutes. Futhermore we hadn’t strict dicipline at this time and I could miss some first classes. In this period of time I was asleep very often and hadn’t a lot of problem with it.
Also during my exams I was trying to learn my lectures during the nights. It wasn’t depends on my feeling healthy, I was young and full of power, I waked up late and go to bed late.
I began to work in IT-sphere after my university, IT-companies have a very agile rules for their employers, because the heads of this companies understand that programmer­s are owl very often and work in the evening more effectivly.
As such of me, I began to notice that my life is not full. I waked up late, went to work and go to bed after work, because I came home very late.
When i add some another activities in my life as a sport, a learning languages, I miss my classess constantly, miss some the training because I was tired and wanted to sleep. The annoyance and dissatisfa­ction with oneself was raising. I didn’t understand how other people have time for these wonderful things, I was constantly delaying my new beautifull life with yoga, learning English and reading books on sunset. And if I wake up early in weekends I made a lot of things before time when I usually get up and I felt better themself on these moments.
My early bird’s life have began a this year when I joined to LH marathoan. The learning of languages take time and new knowledge keep in my mind better in the motning. Yoga came in my life with languages. I thouhgt that if i got up two hours earlier for English so I can take 20 minutes for yoga.
I wake up early about three months but I feel better and happier myself.
